Our Approach
Breakthrough Empowerment utilizes biblical sound doctrine and psychology to help men and women overcome obstacles that has prevented them from walking in what God has called them to do in order to improve their mental and spiritual health.

As a licensed social worker I have over 7 years of experience working with individuals from children to elder adults struggling with mental illness. Mental Health Coaching helps individuals set realistic and achievable goals that will empower you to make changes to your mental health and daily living.

As a born again believer in Jesus Christ I utilize biblical sound doctrine to help men and women overcome obstacles that can become a barrier to their walk as a Believer of Jesus Christ. Christian Coaching will help guide you in your present and future walk with Christ to do what God has called you to do.

Virtual appointments
I understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person sessions. Telehealth is easy for out-of-state clients. That's why I offer telehealth coaching services that allow you to connect in the comfort of your own home. BE LLC, telehealth sessions are secure, private, and convenient.

Later I received my Associ
I am a licensed social worker in the state of Connecticut with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. I received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Southern CT State University in New Haven, CT. I received a Masters degree in social work from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Later I received my Associates degree in Christian Education from Perfecting School of Ministry in Bloomfield, CT.
I have experience working in; foster care, with first-time Mother's, male supportive housing, child/adolescent outpatient services, inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse services and psychotherapy private practice.
I am an author, licensed therapist, board certified christian counselor. I love to encourage, uplift and teach others about their God-given purpose.
